Orders
Online orders are processed Monday-Friday between store hours, 10am - 4pm. Please allow a 5-8 business day turnaround time.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
 
Upon initial receipt of the order an email confirmation will be sent. We will send another email once the item has shipped. Items are shipped using Canada Post with tracking number.
 
Exchanges
Orders can be exchanged, with prior authorization, within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@twolittledwarfs.com. Items sent back to us without an exchange authorization will not be accepted.

Unfortunately refunds are not accepted.
 
Shipping
Canada and USA rates
  • Standard: $10 CAD (8-9 business days, tracking number included)
  • Xpresspost: $25 CAD (3-5 business days, tracking number included)
International rates
  • Standard: $25 CAD (4-5 weeks, tracking number included)
  • Xpresspost: $60 CAD (4-10 business days, tracking number included)
* Please note that International orders may incur customs, duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local custom authority and the payment of those fees is the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over if, and how much, you are charged for customs. Due to the customs process delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.
 
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
